Qualifications

• Degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
• 15+ years in data center or mission-critical construction.
• Minimum 5 years in people management overseeing PMs.
• Experience with budgets of $500M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Construction Project Managers across East US & Europe.
• Own regional construction portfolio totaling $750M+ in capex.
• Deliver ground-up, expansion, and retrofit data center projects on schedule and budget.
• Act as senior owner representative with GC, design consultants, and vendors.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Legal, EH&S, Energy, and Data Center Ops teams.
