Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Sustainability Project Manager to oversee multiple certification projects (LEED, BREEAM, Fitwel, WELL) on the East Coast. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations, coordinating with property and facility teams and vendors.

Travel up to 10% and live within reasonable access to a major airport. Requires LEED AP O+M and related credentials; strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field in sustainability/real estate/architecture/engineering
• 3+ years in sustainability and green building certification project management
• LEED AP Operations and Maintenance or equivalent credentials preferred
• Experience managing sustainability certification projects (LEED/BREEAM/Fitwel/WELL/BOMA/IREM)
• Proficiency with MS Office and related certification platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service, and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and reside near a major airport

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple sustainability certification projects (LEED, BREEAM, WELL, Fitwel, IREM, BOMA) from kickoff to final certification
• Lead day-to-day project delivery: scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, reporting and coordination with teams
• Conduct site visits, building assessments, air quality reviews, and certification documentation quality checks
• Identify delivery risks and communicate with leadership and clients, proposing solutions
• Develop client recommendations from project data and documentation
• Support business development through proposals, client relationships, and revenue targets
• Mentor and support junior team members and drive process improvements
