Job summary

Glovis America, Inc. is seeking an Administrator for East Coast SCM to manage inbound/outbound transportation of auto parts and container movements for Hyundai/Kia suppliers.

This on-site role in Duluth, GA aims to minimize costs while maximizing profit and to respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. You will coordinate inland trucking, freight forwarding, airfreight operations, documentation, and customs-related tasks; monitor daily ETAs, maintain container history in Genisys,

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Intermediate-level MS Excel.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking ability.
• Detail oriented.
• Self-starter that can operate under minimal supervision.
• Data analysis and reporting skills (Excel or Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Provide Inbound/Outbound Operation Services including inland trucking, freight forwarding and airfreight operations.
• Coordinate and monitor US inbound and outbound traffic regarding transportation of auto parts and documentation.
• Analyze shipment volumes, manage ETA tracking reports, and assist with scheduling across multiple inland carriers.
• Support insurance claims for cargo damage/accident/customer claims in related parties.
• Daily coordination with customer inquiries and monitoring container moves.
• Coordinate with operations, customers and truckers to minimize costs and optimize efficiency.
