Job summary

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) in the Boston area is seeking an Associate Regional Director to support our East Coast region. You will be the right hand to the Regional Director, driving day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives to boost regional performance and customer service.

You’ll oversee operations, customers, people, financials, and growth with a path toward regional leadership. This hybrid role favors candidates near Boston and who enjoy field engagement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, strategy, consulting, chief of staff, or similar.
• Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Strong analytical skills with data-to-insight ability.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication for senior leaders.
• Good judgment, discretion, and representation of leadership.
• Ability to switch between big-picture strategy and hands-on detail.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and project tracking tools.
• Curiosity, humility, and an owner mindset.
• Experience in PACE, senior care, healthcare services, on-site care, or multi-site operations is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate key regional initiatives from start to finish with clear scopes, timelines, owners, and milestones.
• Build and maintain systems to track priorities, KPIs, and action items; prevent items from falling through the cracks.
• Analyze operating and financial data, spot trends, risks, and opportunities, and turn them into recommendations.
• Act as a thought partner and extension of the Regional Director; prepare for meetings and draft communications.
• Help run the region's cadence of meetings, business reviews, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to move regional priorities forward and remove roadblocks.
• Support key customer relationships and field operations; assist in problem-solving.
• Take on high-impact, cross-functional projects such as market expansion or process improvements.
