Job summary

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) seeks an Associate Regional Director to support our East Coast region. This role partners with the Regional Director to scale operations, customer engagement, and regional growth.

You'll manage cross-functional initiatives, build plans, track KPIs, and guide field teams toward consistent execution. Hybrid work with in-person presence in the Boston area is preferred to stay close to customers and operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, strategy, consulting, chief of staff, or a similar role.
• Strong track record of managing complex projects with many stakeholders from start to finish.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into insights.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication for senior leaders.
• Good judgment, discretion, and ability to represent leadership.
• Ability to switch between big-picture strategy and hands-on detail.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and project tracking tools.
• Curiosity, humility, and an owner mindset.
• Experience in PACE, senior care, healthcare services, on-site care, or multi-site operations is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate key regional initiatives from start to finish, setting scope, timelines, owners, and milestones.
• Build and maintain systems to track priorities, commitments, KPIs, and action items.
• Analyze operating and financial data, spot trends, risks, and opportunities, and turn them into clear recommendations.
• Act as a thought partner and extension of the Regional Director, preparing for meetings and following up on decisions.
• Help run the region's cadence of meetings, business reviews, and reporting.
• Work with internal teams to move regional priorities forward and remove roadblocks.
• Support key customer relationships and field operations, solving problems and improving processes.
• Take on high-impact work such as market expansion, process improvement, or new service lines.
