Job summary

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) seeks an Associate Regional Director to support our East Coast region. This role partners with the Regional Director to scale operations, customer engagement, and regional growth.

You'll manage cross-functional initiatives, build plans, track KPIs, and guide field teams toward consistent execution. Hybrid work with in-person presence in the Boston area is preferred to stay close to customers and operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, strategy, consulting, chief of staff, or a similar role.
• Strong track record of managing complex projects with many stakeholders from start to finish.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into insights.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication for senior leaders.
• Good judgment, discretion, and ability to represent leadership.
• Ability to switch between big-picture strategy and hands-on detail.

• Experience in PACE, senior care, healthcare services, on-site care, or multi-site operations is a strong plus.

Associate Regional Director (East Coast)

Location: Eastern Time Zone (Preferrably but not limited to Boston)
Work Model: Hybrid remote and in-person
Reports to: Regional Director of East Coast Operations
Travel: Up to 25%

About The Opportunity
We are looking for an Associate Regional Director to support our East Coast region.

You will be the right hand to the Regional Director. That means diving into everything from day-to-day operations to long-term initiatives that drive excellence in the East Coast. You'll turn priorities into plans, keep important work moving, and give leadership the insight it needs to make good decisions quickly. Your job is to multiply the Regional Director's reach, so the region can do more and do it well.

You'll work across the whole region: operations, customers, people, financial performance, and growth. You won't own any one of these at first. As the region grows, there will be chances to manage people and take on larger areas of ownership. You would be on a trajectory to a Regional Director role.

This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely, but being present matters. We strongly prefer someone who lives in the broader Boston area, and who enjoys spending time with customers and teams in the field.

What You'll Do

• Project management: Lead and coordinate key regional initiatives from start to finish. That means setting scope, timelines, owners, and milestones, and making sure work gets done.
• Tracking and accountability: Build and maintain the systems the region uses to track priorities, commitments, KPIs, and action items. Make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Strategic insights: Analyze operating and financial data, spot trends, risks, and opportunities, and turn them into clear recommendations.
• Increasing leadership bandwidth: Act as a thought partner and extension of the Regional Director. Prepare for meetings, draft communications, follow up on decisions, and handle issues directly when appropriate.
• Operating rhythm: Help run the region's cadence of meetings, business reviews, and reporting so the team stays aligned and focused.
• Cross-functional coordination: Work with internal teams to move regional priorities forward and remove roadblocks.
• Customer and field support: Support key customer relationships and field operations. Step in to help solve problems and improve how things run.
• Special projects: Take on high-impact work as it comes up, such as market expansion, process improvement, new service lines, or best practices shared between regions.
