Job summary

Universal Health Services (UHS) is seeking a Regional Account Manager to develop and maintain relationships with referral sources across the East Coast. This role aims to increase admissions and revenue while educating mental health professionals about the DBT program offered by Midwest Center for Youth and Families, a subsidiary of UHS.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and at least three years in marketing, sales or community relations

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of work experience in marketing, sales or community relations activities in a behavioral health setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains long-term relationships with referral sources to increase admissions, patient days and net revenues.
• Educates and communicates the DBT program to mental health professionals throughout the East Coast.
• Provides ongoing customer service and support to referral sources.
