Job summary

Match Group is seeking an East Coast Account Director of Sales to maximize revenue across Tinder, Match, OkCupid, POF, BLK, and Chispa. You will report to the Global Head of Sales and own client and agency relationships in the designated region, driving meetings, presenting capabilities, and closing direct and programmatic deals.

You will identify new business partners, expand existing relationships, and deliver high-quality sales presentations while guiding negotiations and responses to RFPs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of online media sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Established relationships with top marketing decision-makers in F1000 and major ad agencies.
• Proven track record of managing a team, beating quotas, and growing a territory.
• Experience in structuring, winning, and managing complex six-figure deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Match Group's portfolio.
• Build and expand relationships with clients and agencies.
• Create professional and persuasive sales presentations.
• Oversee responses to RFPs and contract negotiations.
• Drive new and growing revenue through long-term contracts and strategic partnerships.
