Job summary

Match Group is seeking an East Coast Account Director of Sales to maximize revenue across Tinder, Match, OkCupid, and other brands. Based in New York, you will partner with major ad agencies and clients, secure meetings, present capabilities, and close both direct and programmatic deals.

You will report to the Global Head of Sales and lead relationships in the territory. You will identify new business, build on existing relationships, craft impactful sales presentations, and drive revenue growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of online media sales experience.
• MUST have relationships with top marketing decision-makers in the F1000 and major ad agencies.
• Existing relationships on both client and agency sides.
• Proven track record of managing a team, beating quotas, and growing a territory.
• Demonstrated experience in structuring, winning, and managing complex six-figure deals.
• Strong references from agency and brand clients.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business partners for Match Group's portfolio.
• Build on existing relationships with clients and agencies.
• Create professional and actionable sales presentations.
• Oversee execution and deliver high-quality responses to RFPs.
• Strive to exceed the team’s pricing targets and sales goals.
• Drive new and growing revenue through long-term contracts and contract negotiation.
• Develop new relationships with clients and agencies on behalf of our brands.
