BODYROK East Bay, North Bay & Peninsula is seeking an Area Operations Manager for our East Bay studios. This full-time, salaried role focuses on delivering outstanding member experiences, leading a diverse team, and driving studio performance.

You will recruit, train, and schedule Studio Advisors, uphold brand standards, coordinate repairs, and oversee safety and cleanliness across locations. Occasional weekend presence and local travel are required to support events and expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience managing studio or retail operations.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Must have own vehicle for travel between studios.
