Job summary

2B Living is seeking an Assistant Property Manager (APM) for the East Bay to ensure our properties run smoothly and deliver exceptional experiences to residents and owners.

You’ll be the go-to resource for residents, coordinate maintenance, manage budgets and rent collections, and support leasing activities. A strong problem‑solving mindset, organization, and clear communication are essential, with Spanish language skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Problem-solving mindset; you see challenges as opportunities to improve.
• Organizational skills; you keep records and schedules running efficiently.
• Excellent communication; you interact clearly with residents, owners, vendors, and teammates.
• Tech-savviness; comfortable using AppFolio, MS Office, and Google products.
• Property management experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus for serving diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to resource for residents—address questions and concerns to help them feel at home.
• Keep things running smoothly—coordinate property maintenance, manage budgets and rent collections, oversee resident files.
• Drive leasing success—assist with property showings, move-in/move-out inspections, and applicant evaluations.
• Identify value-add opportunities—help property owners maximize their investments.
• Take ownership—collaborate with the Property Manager and Regional Manager to improve operations.
• Step up as a leader—handle after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis and support administrative needs.
