Qualifications

• Graduate of the Advanced Special Operations Techniques Course (ASOTC).
• Graduate of SFQC, SEAL Qualification Course, or MARSOC Raider Training Course.
• Minimum four years of Special Operations experience.
• Solid understanding of USSOCOM training doctrine and SAT methods.
• Excellent instructional and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain lesson plans and materials for Advanced Special Operations training.
• Deliver expert classroom and field instruction on SOF tactics and procedures.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback and mentoring.
• Plan and execute Field Training Exercises in CONUS environments.
• Ensure compliance with USAJFKSWCS, Army, and USSOCOM standards.
• Coordinate with leadership on schedules, progress, and readiness.
• Maintain accountability for government property and training materials.
