Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Self-Perform Grading/Earthwork Operations.
• Direct experience leading multiple construction projects >$20M.
• 10 years minimum of progressive experience in construction management.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial construction principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Earthwork Operations and manage Earthwork staff.
• Oversee safety, quality, and schedule adherence for projects.
• Develop staffing plans with Project Directors and Talent Acquisition.
• Ensure contract compliance and cost control on projects.
• Coordinate with regional teams for training and best practices.
• Establish relationships with owners, design teams, and subs.
