Qualifications

• 5 years minimum of experience in Self-Perform Grading/Earthwork Operations.
• Direct experience leading multiple construction projects in excess of $20M.
• 10 years minimum of progressive experience in construction management.
• In-depth knowledge of intricate commercial construction principles/practices required.
• Experienced dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors and/or self-perform work.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop project staff and engage in positive Employee Management Connection (EMC).
• Manage multiple job-site staff remotely, ensuring proper oversight and development of multiple levels of staff.
• Maintain consistency in operations and adhere to the Self-Perform Process Map.
• Monitor production daily; review labor cost and productivity; manage reporting and projections.
• Champion job site safety; implement McCarthy safety guidelines and regional safety goals.
• Coordinate and document with Quality Director and Project Directors on Earthwork Operations and lessons learned.
