Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in excavation, grading, and site development operations.
• Previous foreman or crew leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read construction plans, elevations, and grade stakes.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and excavation safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily earthwork and grading operations.
• Lead crews performing excavation, rough grading, and site preparation.
• Monitor jobsite safety and enforce company safety policies.
• Conduct daily jobsite planning and crew assignments.
