Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations for heavy equipment crews and laborers, including training and task assignment.
• Interpret blueprints and civil plans to lay out line and grade using GPS, lasers, and surveying tools.
• Lead toolbox talks and ensure OSHA compliance and unsafe condition correction.
• Monitor progress against schedules and budgets; coordinate machinery and material delivery.
• Submit daily logs, equipment hours, material schedules, and crew timecards.
• Hands-on operation of heavy machinery to meet production targets when needed.
