The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of construction experience and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include guiding daily operations, tracking materials, and ensuring safety practices. Certifications in OSHA standards and the ability to read blueprints are essential for this role. Applicants must be physically fit and willing to work long hours in a variety of environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in construction with task lead experience.
• Valid driver's license or State ID required.
• CPR and First Aid certification will be provided if needed.

Responsabilités

• Guide and supervise the work of staff to meet production goals.
• Ensure quality of work on a daily basis.
• Documentation of daily logs and project requirements.
