Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach future leaders through role guidance.

Skills

Expert in all laborer duties

Strong ability to read blueprints/construction specs

Strong ability to effectively communicate and problem solve

Understanding of GPS and technology equipment

Able to identify topsoil, clay, and usable vs unsuitable soil

Education

6+ years of construction experience

10-hour OSHA certification

30-hour OSHA certification

Valid driver’s license or State ID
