Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Service Technician preferred; basic PC skills (Word/Excel) and typing required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and direct Service Department employees.
• Monitor and improve Technician performance.
• Plan jobs including quoting, parts availability, and manpower.
• Handle customer objections and communicate repair status.
• Maintain customer dialogue and monitor satisfaction and morale.
• Assign jobs to shop and dispatch field technicians.
• Ensure proper planning and efficient repairs to minimize downtime.
