ImpactLife in Earth City, MO is seeking a Component Processing Technician to handle blood product manufacturing, including processing, quarantine, and disposal of products, and to assist with labeling and inventory counts. Full-time position Sunday - Thursday, 2:30pm - 11pm, with on-call and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in medical laboratory, production, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

• Handle blood products during processing, quarantine, and discard as needed.
• Prepare and label components; assist with inventory counting and maintenance.

Job description

Our Component Processing Technicians are responsible for blood product manufacturing to include handling of blood products, quarantine and/or discarding products, working with biohazardous/chemical waste. This position will also prepare and label components and assist with count/maintenance of inventories. No experience? No problem! We provide an extensive on-the-job paid-training program.

This is a Full-Time position working Sunday - Thursday 2:30pm - 11pm with on call and holiday rotation.
