Walgreens Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Apprentice who will be at the front line, interacting with customers and building strong patient relationships. Pharmacy is the core of our business, and technicians enjoy tools and support to grow their careers.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy.
• Process prescriptions using pharmacy systems and assist cashiers with transactions.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Enter patient and drug information and check for possible interactions.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory and assist with clerical duties.
