Job summary

Remedy Education is currently recruiting a Nursery Manager for a welcoming nursery in Colchester on a full-time, permanent basis. The role focuses on leading daily operations, safeguarding, and high-quality care and education.

The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience in an Early Years setting, strong EYFS knowledge and excellent communication skills to motivate and develop the team, whilst building strong relationships with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Nursery Manager or Senior Leadership role within an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
• A genuine passion for children's learning, development and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

The Role

As Nursery Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education and safeguarding are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations and smooth running of the nursery.
