Job summary

Reval is seeking an Associate in Los Angeles to generate and develop early-stage deal flow through aggressive outbound sourcing and ecosystem presence. You will combine a recruiter-style sourcing mindset with venture investing, identifying promising founders early and initiating relationships.

You will run initial screening conversations, track emerging talent, and keep partners informed with timely updates as part of building a high-quality pipeline for the partner team.

Qualifications

• Must be proactive in outbound outreach and pipeline management.
• Well-connected in startup ecosystem or eager to become connected through events and communities.
• Strong communicator with good judgment, capable of early founder conversations and clear updates to partners.
