Job summary

VC Stack in Palo Alto is seeking an Associate to join their investment team. In this role, you'll focus on sourcing and evaluating software investments while conducting in-depth due diligence. Your efforts will help shape the growth strategies of high-potential startups and strengthen relationships with founders among other venture capital firms.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of relevant experience and a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem. The position offers a salary range of $150,000.00 – $195,000.00 and opportunities for additional incentives.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Strong understanding of startup ecosystems and key metrics for evaluating early-stage companies.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Actively source new investment opportunities through networking and industry events.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and market evaluation of startups.
• Assist portfolio companies with strategic advice and growth strategies.
