Job summary

Staples, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our World Class Supply Chain in Tolleson, AZ. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move product up to 100 lbs and support six warehouse areas with safety-first practices.

Expect potential rotation into Bulk/Material Handling, Receiving, Returns, and Shipping. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and safety, with pay details and both full-time and part-time benefits.

Qualifications

Three months warehouse experience or equivalent training/education.
Able to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
If hired full-time, overtime may be required beyond scheduled shift.
Able to ascend heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
Able to lift/push/pull 70–100 pounds by hand.
Must wear safety composite shoes.
Able to stand/walk 100% of the time.
Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

Operate material handling equipment ( forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, electric pallet jacks) to pick/move product up to 100 lbs.
Perform warehouse duties such as cleaning and basic maintenance.
Verify accuracy of products and resolve discrepancies with coworkers.
Load trucks manually and organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders.
Possibly rotate into multiple roles (SC2 or SC1) as needed.
Maintain a safe and efficient work area in a fast-paced environment.
