Cardinal Health seeks a Warehouse Associate II to support inbound operations. You will accurately pick, sort, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment using WMS and material handling equipment. The role requires lifting heavy items, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds; stand and operate for long shifts.
• Experience with material handling equipment (PIT) preferred.
• RF scanner/voice picking experience is highly preferred.
• WMS used for checking in/out products; OSHA safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following SOPs.
• Operate material handling equipment and ensure safety standards.
• Use WMS to track inventory and movements.
• Contribute to housekeeping and inventory control tasks.
• Collaborate with team and communicate any concerns to leadership.
