Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist I in Port Saint Joe, FL for a 3-month contract. Onsite position with pay rate $19.85–$21.26 per hour. Shift from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday, ET. Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

with no visa sponsorship offered. Responsibilities include drawing blood, preparing specimens for lab testing, and maintaining accurate records while upholding patient confidentiality. Requires a high school diploma and 6 months of experience; phlebotomy certification

Qualifications

• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric.
• Flexible and available on weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform phlebotomy duties including pediatric and geriatric samples following established procedures.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Demonstrate commitment to patient confidentiality and quality service.
