Job summary

Dartcor Hospitality is seeking a full-time Pastry Cook to support daily pastry production for our busy coffee shop and sister brands. You will work under the Executive Chef team and Commissary Director, producing pastries, learning systems, and contributing ideas as you grow.

Occasional deliveries may be required using a company vehicle. Responsibilities include preparing a wide range of pastries, maintaining quality and cleanliness, and helping develop seasonal offerings while aligning with

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Cook in a professional kitchen.
• Working knowledge of core pastry techniques.
• Ability to execute structured formulas with precision.
• Coachable mindset with excitement for long-term growth.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial kitchen environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for occasional deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a full range of fresh pastries daily using established formulas and production systems.
• Execute consistent, high-quality pastry production with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef team to learn systems, recipes and standards.
• Assist in development of seasonal and limited-time offerings from concept to execution.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Order ingredients, track usage and manage weekly pastry inventory with documentation.
• Support menu execution and recipe testing for General Coffee Co and catering programs.
• Provide pastry support for sister companies based on event volume and needs.
