Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is hiring a Merchandiser to service routes in the Aiken/Barnwell area, starting at 5AM with weekends required. The role involves presenting products to attract customers at retail locations, following planograms, and maintaining multiple accounts with safe handling of products.

You will build relationships with store staff, rotate stock, and assist with POS materials while adhering to quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Physically moves products from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials and rotates product on display and shelf; checks vendor operations.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, manages pallets and damaged/expired stock.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests and opportunities.
