Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to service Sumter and Manning routes, presenting products to attract customers at retail locations. You will merchandize, rotate stock, and liaise with store management to execute planograms and promotions.

Your work involves day-to-day merchandising, building relationships with store teams, and maintaining backroom organization while adhering to safety guidelines. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision; strong reliability.
• Company provided cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures.
• Moves products from backroom to display and sets up POS materials.
• Rotates and merchandises Fastlane merchandisers and vendors; checks operations.
• Organizes back room, stacks products, and manages damaged/expired items.
• Maintains relationships with store personnel through follow-up and proactive pricing.
