Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy varied customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repetitively).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little supervision.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures.
• Moves products from backroom to display and ensures proper placement.
• Creates and distributes POS materials and rotates stock to optimize visibility.
• Organizes back room and routes damaged/expired product for disposal.
• Maintains Relationships with store personnel through routine follow-ups and proactive communications.
