Job summary

Lee Kum Kee USA in City of Industry, CA seeks a Machine Operator to join the processing and packaging teams, operating equipment to meet product standards.

Responsibilities include setting up, sanitizing, operating, recording usage, inspecting and packing products, and transferring work in process materials. You will support production schedules while maintaining a clean, safe working environment and assist with basic machine issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and write in English and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, sanitize, operate, and maintain the assigned machine.
• Record filling time and material usage in reports.
• Inspect and pack products and transfer work in process materials.
• Support production schedule and keep a clean, safe work area.
• Assist with minor machine troubleshooting and relay issues to engineering.
