Job summary

CookUnity is seeking a Logistics team member to drive smooth, on-time handover from FFM to last mile each morning. You will review metrics, adjust driver pickup times, and coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure full route coverage.

The role requires 1+ years in logistics or related operations, strong problem-solving, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekly payments apply with potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, distribution, or a related operations role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make real-time decisions under time pressure.
• Comfortable coordinating directly with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and drivers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Daily Metrics Review & Pickup Planning: review prior-day metrics and adjust pickup times.
• Logistics Service & Order Checks: confirm orders are assigned and resolve errors.
• Handover & Dispatch Execution: complete audits and ensure routes are ready and loaded.
• 3PL Coordination: define pickup schedules and manage 3PL no-shows.
• Identify and resolve route coverage gaps as they arise.
