Job summary

CookUnity is seeking a Logistics team member in Seattle to drive a smooth, on-time handover from FFM to last mile. Start by reviewing prior-day logistics performance and monitoring real-time capacity to proactively adjust driver pickup schedules.

You will coordinate with 3PL partners to resolve issues and ensure every route is picked up, loaded, and dispatched on time. This role requires early morning shifts and weekend/holiday coverage, demanding strong organization.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse, distribution, or related operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make real-time decisions under time pressure.
• Comfortable coordinating with 3PL providers and drivers.
• Familiarity with reviewing logistics metrics and dashboards.
• Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends/holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially audits.

Responsibilities

• Review prior-day logistics metrics and optimize last-mile handover.
• Monitor FFM capacity and adjust driver pickup schedules.
• Ensure routes are picked up, loaded, and dispatched on time.
• Resolve driver and route issues with 3PL partners.
• Complete daily audit to confirm handover readiness across routes.
• Oversee loading from cart to truck and track arrivals.
• Identify and resolve route coverage gaps as they arise.
• Define pickup schedules for 3PL partners and manage no-shows.
