You will patrol, respond to incidents, assist people, enforce access control, and document events while collaborating with clinical teams. No advanced experience required; training provided to onboard at the site.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor facility premises to deter and detect security and safety issues.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Assist patients, visitors, and staff with directions and general support.
• Enforce facility rules and regulations, including access control and visitor management.
• Complete clear and accurate incident and daily activity reports.
• Work closely with healthcare staff to support a safe and respectful environment.
• Report all health and safety issues and risks in line with Securitas policies and local regulations.
