Responsibilities include supervising officers on evening/overnight shifts, overseeing access control, and coordinating daily assignments. The role emphasizes coaching, incident reporting, and strong customer service while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior security supervisory experience (required).
• At least 18 years of age (or state minimum, if higher).
• Ability to pass background checks and any required screenings.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Swing schedule covering evening and overnight hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Healthcare Security Officers during evening and overnight shifts.
• Oversee access control and ensure post orders and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate daily assignments, breaks, and coverage to maintain consistent security presence.
• Monitor site activity and respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Conduct incident investigations and complete clear, detailed reports.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training to team members.
• Serve as the primary security contact for hospital staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure high-quality customer service is delivered to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Support compliance with company and site-specific policies and procedures.
