Job summary

Link Snacks in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Worker to efficiently and safely prepare and process raw material for cooking or packaging finished product for shipment.

You will follow daily schedules, maintain GMP/HACCP standards, operate equipment, and keep accurate records. No formal education required; on-the-job training provided; Monday-Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm; competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Warehouse and assembly line experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily production schedule and achieve goals.
• Ensure product conforms to specifications.
• Operate basic production equipment (taping/shrink wrap/pallet jacks) and perform SOPs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Report accidents and deficiencies to supervisor.
• Label and identify products for proper disposition.
• Maintain FIFO records.
