Qualifications

• Previous experience with toddlers (ages 2–3) in a childcare or preschool setting.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development.
• Ability to manage a classroom with energy, structure, and warmth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Preferred: CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Preschool Teacher to join our team, working with our lively and curious 2-year-olds. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early childhood education, committed to nurturing young minds, and skilled at guiding children through one of the most important stages of development with patience, creativity, and a good sense of humor.
