• Create a warm, welcoming, inclusive classroom for every child.
• Build positive, professional relationships with children and families.
• Recognize and address diverse developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including IEPs.
• Plan, implement, and document developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Use Cadence systems to communicate with families and staff.
• Maintain a safe, well‑supervised classroom per policy and licensing.
• Document and report accidents and escalated behaviors per guidelines.
• Follow Cadence policies and participate in trainings and meetings.
