Job summary

Tennessee Oncology is seeking an Early Phase Clinical Research Nurse for the Greco Hainsworth Center for Research in Nashville. You will deliver patient-centered nursing care across screening, treatment, and follow-up within early phase oncology trials.

Apply your GCP knowledge to monitor safety, manage adverse events, and coordinate protocol-specific procedures. Strong organization and accurate documentation in EMR are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee and/or Georgia.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred; ADN considered with experience.
• ONS Chemotherapy–Immunotherapy cert required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to participants in early phase oncology trials.
• Monitor participants for adverse events and protocol adherence.
• Coordinate assessments, specimen collection, and PK/PD samples per protocol.
• Educate participants about study requirements and safety.
• Ensure accurate documentation in EMR and research databases.
