Job summary

Tennessee Oncology Greco Hainsworth Center for Research is seeking a Research Nurse to advance oncology trials by ensuring proper screening, enrollment, documentation and monitoring of study subjects while delivering compassionate patient care.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team, and adherence to FDA CFR and GCP guidelines, with opportunities to collaborate across Tennessee Oncology locations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing; RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; oncology experience preferred.
• Experience in clinical research setting preferred; certification in research (ACRP/CCRP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen, enroll, document, and monitor study subjects per protocol.
• Obtain informed consent and HIPAA authorization; educate participants.
• Maintain source records and report adverse events per regulations.
• Coordinate with physicians and research team; float to other TN Oncology clinics as needed.
