Qualifications

• College degree or commensurate work experience.
• Experience supervising staff in a distribution/warehouse setting.
• Ability to delegate tasks and meet daily quotas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with warehouse software and MS Office.
• Experience with safety standards and policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 5-10 employees on a shipping dock, performing palletizing, metering orders, and loading.
• Monitor continuous distribution flow to domestic and international customers.
• Prepare and ship orders according to workflow and daily projections.
• Participate in all related tasks to reach projections and maintain accuracy.
• Responsible for scanning on the dock and reporting.
• Oversee all departments from 3am-5am shifts, and Full Case duties on weekends.
• Support OT requirements and maintain safety compliance.
