Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Welcome customers and assist with locating products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and credit cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and support store recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs per SOPs.
