Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a team member in Plymouth, MN to assist customers on the selling floor and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will help customers locate products, participate in replenishment, and support omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store. Responsibilities include assisting with stock, planograms, and store recovery while adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash per standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey and collect feedback.
• Support omnichannel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
