General Purpose

The Retail Associate ensures our Customers have a positive shopping experience. They greet Customers courteously, treat fellow Associates with respect, follow all company standards, maintain a clean work area, and ensure proper merchandise presentation. They perform various tasks as assigned to support store operations and customer service goals.

Essential Functions

• Practice safety as the top priority, maintain awareness, and report unsafe conditions.
• Greet Customers, assist with merchandise, answer questions politely, and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including cleaning and replenishing supplies.
• Merchandise received items promptly and according to presentation standards.
• Follow loss prevention policies and safeguard company assets.
• Handle cash and transactions accurately, following all policies.
• Demonstrate urgency and efficiency in all tasks to maximize productivity.
