General Purpose

The Retail Associate ensures a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining a clean work area, proper merchandise presentation, and performing various store functions as needed. Additional tasks may be assigned to meet customer service and operational goals.

Essential Functions

• Prioritize safety and practice safe behaviors.
• Create a safe shopping environment by maintaining awareness and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Greet customers courteously and assist with merchandise and questions.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and issues.
• Support the company brand and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Handle merchandise, including receiving, merchandising, and loss prevention practices.
• Follow policies regarding cash transactions and safeguard confidential information.
