General Purpose

The Retail Associate ensures our Customers have a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining a clean work area, ensuring proper merchandise presentation, and performing various store tasks as needed to meet customer service and operational goals.

Essential Functions

• Practice safety and maintain awareness on the sales floor.
• Greet and assist Customers courteously and efficiently.
• Handle customer transactions accurately and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Assist with merchandise replenishment and presentation.
• Follow loss prevention policies and safeguard company assets.
• Adhere to all policies regarding cash handling and transactions.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and maximize productivity.

Qualifications and Skills

Effective communication skills, basic math ability, and physical ability to perform store tasks are required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Work involves using store equipment and occasionally pushing, pulling, or lifting heavier loads.
