Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking an Early Morning Replenishment Team Member in Tuscaloosa, AL. This part-time role focuses on replenishing merchandise, stocking, and delivering friendly customer service as customers shop the store.

You will assist with truck unloading, set up planograms, and execute store recovery while supporting cash handling at checkout and promoting loyalty programs. Availability for mornings, weekends, and nights is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Employee generally 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandising duties including stock and planograms.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and participate in store recovery.
