Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Selma, TX is seeking a Seasonal Early Morning Replenishment team member. You will help customers find products, unload trucks, stock shelves, and ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Expect a fast-paced environment with training on SOPs and safety; basic cash handling and a focus on a positive customer experience. Availability for early shifts, weekends, and nights is required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties; maintain stock and planograms.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash to standards; enroll customers in Rewards programs.
