Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a diligent on-site Warehouse Associate in Appleton, WI to operate equipment safely and move packages efficiently. The job requires standing and walking for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds with or without assistance, and maneuvering heavy freight as needed.

You will work in all weather conditions and climb stairs or ladders at times, following strict safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance from the ground to chest level, and to maneuver packages above 50 lbs using equipment or assistance.
• Able to walk and stand for designated work hours and to bend, squat, and reach.
• Able to work in all weather conditions and climb stairs or ladders as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe and efficient operation of equipment for movement of packages, documents, heavyweight freight and dangerous goods.
• Assists in buildup/breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight.
• Serves as liaison between company and ULD repair vendor, as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
